Welcome to day 23, it's a big one šŸŽ…šŸ»

Today, we pull back the curtain on the entire machine.

For the last 22 days, we have built individual components: market research, outbound prospecting, lead magnets, VSLs, retargeting ads, and vibe coding apps.

Today, we connect them.

This is the B2B Protocol Version 3.0. It is the visual representation of the entire ecosystem you need to not only generate leads but to nurture them, qualify them, and get them ready to buy.

Most companies have a "funnel." This is not a funnel; it is an engine. A funnel has a start and an end. This system loops your audience through a "spiderweb of content" until they trust you enough to buy.

In this guide, we are going to walk through the visual flowchart of this architecture, explaining how Outbound, Inbound, Retargeting, and Sales Operations fuse into one seamless protocol.

Let’s dismantle the engine.

The philosophy

Before we look at the steps, you must understand the heartbeat of Protocol 3.0: The Resource.

In traditional B2B, you pitch your service. In Protocol 3.0, every single touchpoint—whether it’s a cold DM, a LinkedIn post, or a retargeting ad—leads to a valuable Resource (a guide, a calculator, a micro-app, a tutorial).
  • Outbound pitches the resource.
  • Inbound offers the resource.
  • Retargeting reminds them of the resource.
The Resource’s job is to build trust and pitch the meeting. You do not sell the meeting; the value you provide sells the meeting.

Step 1: Inbound & outbound

We use LinkedIn as the primary source for both attracting and reaching clients, but we have a failsafe for both.

1. The Outbound Flow - We don't just send connection requests and pray. We run a logic-based campaign:
  • Connection Request: If they accept within 5 days -> Dialogue on LinkedIn.
  • The Failsafe: If they don't connect -> We switch to Email.
  • The Email Sequence: We reference the LinkedIn attempt ("Hey, tried to connect on LinkedIn to share X"). This links back to your LinkedIn profile and the resource.

2. The Inbound Flow - This utilizes the "Comment to get access" strategy we covered in Day 4.
  • You post a Lead Magnet.
  • User comments "Resource."
  • Automation: Our system auto-replies, sends the DM, and simultaneously scrapes their profile to enrich their data (finding their email).
  • Result: They are immediately entered into the Evergreen System.

Step 2: The evergreen retargeting system

This is the "Secret Sauce" of Version 3.0. Most B2B companies ignore the leads who don't book a meeting immediately.

We assume 95% of leads aren't ready to buy today. So, we build a "Set it and Forget it" trust machine.

The Auto-Scoring Model - We track every interaction. Did they open an email? Click a link? View a resource?
  • Cold: Low engagement (<8 points).
  • Warm: Moderate engagement (8-20 points).
  • Hot: High engagement (21+ points).

The Omnipresent Loop - Based on their score, leads are synced to a custom audience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and an email flow.
  • Emails: A 20-week loop of value. If they are "Cold," they get emails weekly. If "Hot," they get them frequently.
  • Ads (The Reach Objective): We don't run conversion ads here; we run Reach ads because we already have the lead. We just want to be seen.

The frequency strategy:
  • Cold Audience: Sees your ads 1–2 times a day.
  • Warm Audience: Sees your ads 5 times a day.
  • Hot Audience: Sees your ads 10 times a day.

This ensures you are top-of-mind exactly when they are most interested, without burning money on cold leads.

Step 3: Meeting & no-show architecture

Once the resource convinces them to book, they enter the operational flows.

1. Pre-Meeting Framing (Day 12): We don't just send a calendar invite. We send a sequence of 3-6 emails designed to instill specific beliefs before they even get on the call. We also check: Did they fill out the qualification form? If not, we nudge them automatically.

2. The No-Show System (Day 22): If they ghost the meeting, we don't let them go.
  • Email 1 (20 mins later): "I was waiting on Zoom..."
  • Value Drops: If they don't reply, we send specific case studies.
  • The Recycle: If they still don't rebook, we dump them back into the Evergreen Retargeting System (Step 2) to nurture them until they are ready later.

Putting it all together into Growth OS

This flowchart represents a complete revenue ecosystem.
  • You reach out (Outbound).
  • You attract (Inbound).
  • You capture data (Enrichment).
  • You nurture automatically (Evergreen Email + Ads).
  • You convert (Resources).
  • You close (Sales protocols).
Tomorrow (Day 24), we are going to wrap this all up into the final package: GrowthOS.

Want this built for you?

This architecture works. It generates millions in pipeline value. But, it is complex to build from scratch.

Depending on your company size, headcount, and offer, some parts of this protocol may need to be adapted.

We are offering a Personalized Walkthrough Call.

On this call, we will look at your business and tell you exactly how we would implement Protocol 3.0 for you. We will tell you if you should focus on Inbound or Outbound, which resources to build, and how to set up your retargeting.

Disclaimer: You must fill out the form. We need to know your revenue and team size to determine if this system is even possible for you. If it's not a fit, we will cancel the call to save your time. We hate "shiny objects" without strategy.
