You've unlocked Christmas Calendar Day 2 of 24!

How to turn your market research into an offer they feel stupid saying no to

Use our Gemini 3 prompts to build an irresistible B2B offer.

Find a time in the calendar to get your full strategy before Christmas 👇

Yesterday we did some heavy lifting. Or… we… might be an exaggeration.

We had AI do some heavy lifting!

You now have a clear picture of exactly what your market hates about your industry.

(And if you haven't already done this - head to this link ASAP and do that first!!)

Now look at your website.

Does it speak that language?

Most experts have a great product but a weak wrapper.

You list your deliverables. You explain your process. You talk about the features of your service because that is what you spend your day building.

But your prospect does not care about your process. They care about their own relief.

We are not going to change your actual service delivery today. You are the expert. You know how to get results.

We are simply going to change the packaging. We are going to take the deep research from yesterday and use it to rewrite your offer so it lands with the weight of a solution, not a sales pitch.

We will use the Value Equation concept made famous by Alex Hormozi.

It is a simple formula. To increase the value of your offer, you must increase the dream outcome and the likelihood of success. At the same time, you must decrease the time delay and the effort required from the client.

Usually, doing this analysis takes days of brainstorming.

Today we will use AI to do it in minutes. It will audit your current positioning against the research you just found and tell us exactly how to reframe it.

The setup

You need a model that can think. Standard AI models will try to be nice to you. They will compliment your copywriting even if it is bad. We do not want compliments. We want logic.

For this specific workflow, I recommend using Gemini 3.0 Pro. If you have access to the deep research feature, turn it on. It handles the complex logic chains better than almost anything else right now.

If you prefer OpenAI, GPT-5.1 Thinking or GPT-5.1 Pro will also work.

You can technically use any model you want, provided it has two specific capabilities active at the same time: reasoning and web search. If it cannot browse the live web while processing the logic, it will hallucinate.

Prompt 1: Mirror your existing offer

We start with an audit.

This prompt acts like a cynical prospect who just landed on your website. They have seen ten other offers just like yours today. They are tired. They are skeptical.

Most founders think their website communicates their value perfectly. Usually, it communicates confusion.

You will feed the AI two things. First, the deep research memo you created yesterday. Second, your current offer. You can paste your website URL or just copy-paste the text from your landing page.

Add these under the "USER INPUT" fields, and run the prompt.

The AI will then grade your offer against the Grand Slam methodology. It looks for four things. The dream outcome. The likelihood of success. The time delay. And the effort required.

If the output stings, it is working.

### ROLE & OPERATING PROTOCOL
You are **Offer_Diagnostics_Unit (Level 5)**. You are a senior B2B Value Architect specializing in "Forensic Offer Auditing." Your personality is that of a cynical, sophisticated buyer who has heard every pitch, bought every course, and hired every agency—and is tired of being burned.

**CORE DIRECTIVE:**
You do not care about "branding," "clever copy," or the founder's good intentions. You care only about **Perceived Value** and **Market Positioning**. Your job is to hold up a "Cold Mirror" to the user's offer, stripping away the marketing fluff to reveal exactly what the market *actually* sees (and why they aren't buying).

Prompt 2 - Architecting your offer

The audit probably showed you where you are losing money. Your offer likely sounds like a commodity to a cold prospect.

Now we fix the math.

Value is a ratio. To make an offer irresistible, you have to increase the certainty of the result and decrease the time it takes to get there. Most offers fail because they focus on the wrong side of the equation. They list inputs. They talk about hours, meetings, or features.

That is selling the effort. You need to sell the outcome.

This prompt takes the broken pieces from Phase 1 and reassembles them. It forces you to look at every part of your business through the lens of value.

It asks difficult questions. Can you guarantee the result? Can you deliver it faster? Can you rename a deliverable so it sounds like an asset rather than a task on their to-do list?

It doesn't matter if you sell software, high-ticket consulting, or done-for-you services. The logic holds. We are rebuilding the wrapper around your product so the value is obvious immediately.

In the same chat as you used prompt 1, copy the prompt from below and run it. Do not change anything in this prompt.

### ROLE & OPERATING PROTOCOL
You are **Offer_Architect_Unit (Level 5)**. You are an elite Value Engineer and Business Model Strategist. You do not write "copy"—you architect **Commercial Leverage**.

**CORE DIRECTIVE:**
Your mission is to perform "Radical Offer Surgery." You will take the "Commoditized" offer identified in the Diagnostic Report and reconstruct it using the **Grand Slam Value Equation**. Your goal is to mathematically maximize the Perceived Value by decreasing the client's Time Delay and Effort/Sacrifice to near zero, while exploding the Dream Outcome and Likelihood of Achievement.

### INPUT DATA
1. **THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT (From Step 1):**
You already have access to this with your memory of this chat.

2. **THE METHODOLOGY (Knowledge Base):**
If you want to create an offer that makes people feel like saying no would be foolish, you need to understand how people evaluate value—not logically, but perceptually. The reason someone buys isn’t because the product is technically sound or competitively priced. It’s because, in their mind, what they’re getting feels worth more than what they’re giving up. The magic lies in how you construct that feeling. And that’s what the value equation makes clear. This is not some vague idea of “providing value.” It’s a practical, mechanical tool for offer creation that gives you leverage over how a prospect experiences your product—before they even buy.
The value equation has four variables: Dream Outcome and Perceived Likelihood of Achievement on the top, Time Delay and Effort & Sacrifices on the bottom. To make an offer feel irresistible, you increase the top half and decrease the bottom. The bigger the top, and the smaller the bottom, the greater the perceived value. The insight here is that you can engineer these variables on purpose. They’re not passive outcomes of your product—they’re levers you pull when crafting your offer.

Prompt 3: Creating the source of truth

We need to save our work.

On Day 1, we created a specific file about your audience. That file ensures that every piece of content you generate later targets the right person. We need the exact same thing for your offer.

Right now, your new offer exists loosely in a chat thread. If you close the window, the specific logic is gone. You need a portable version. You need a description of your business that is so clear an AI can understand the mechanics instantly.

This final prompt creates that file.

It strips away the sales language. It writes down the hard logic. It defines exactly what you sell, the mechanism of how it works, and the specific rules of your guarantee. It formats this data into a "Knowledge Base" block that you can feed into any other tool.

There is a catch.

The AI just redesigned your business in the previous step. It acted as a strategist. It might have proposed a "risk reversal" you are not comfortable with yet. It might have renamed a service you want to keep.

That is expected. The output from this prompt is a proposal. It is the AI telling you what the perfect version of this offer looks like on paper.

Your job is to read the output and verify it against reality. If the AI says you offer a 24-hour turnaround but you know you can only deliver in 48 hours, change the number. If it listed a guarantee you cannot support financially, delete it.

Edit the text until it is true.

Once you verify the details, save this text block. This is your new source of truth. When we build ads, emails, or landing pages later in this calendar, you will paste this block to tell the AI exactly what we are selling.

First... let's run the prompt! Copy it from below, and paste it into the same chat as we have used for the previous ones.

### ROLE & OPERATING PROTOCOL
You are **Offer_Ontology_Unit (Level 5)**. You are a Systems Architect for AI knowledge bases. You do not write "copy." You write **Source Code for Business Logic**.

**CORE DIRECTIVE:**
Your goal is to serialize the "Strategic Offer" we rebuilt in Step 2 into a **Master Offer Knowledge Block**.
This output will serve as the "Context Layer" for future AI agents. It must be dense, logic-driven, and structurally rigid. It must be easy for a human to edit, but perfectly optimized for an LLM to parse.

### INPUT DATA
1. **STRATEGIC CONTEXT (Implicit):** Access the "Strategic Offer Memo" (Step 2) from this chat history.
2. **METHODOLOGY:** The "Grand Slam" Value Equation.
"If you want to create an offer that makes people feel like saying no would be foolish, you need to understand how people evaluate value—not logically, but perceptually. The reason someone buys isn’t because the product is technically sound or competitively priced. It’s because, in their mind, what they’re getting feels worth more than what they’re giving up. The insight here is that you can engineer these variables on purpose. They’re not passive outcomes of your product—they’re levers you pull when crafting your offer.
Start with the Dream Outcome. This is not your product. It’s the emotional, aspirational transformation the buyer wants. No one wants a gym membership—they want to feel strong and proud of their body. No one wants a marketing funnel—they want to feel in control of their growth. To use this variable, you need to articulate that dream in their words, not yours. You must describe it so vividly that they feel seen. You’re not introducing them to a new dream—you’re echoing the one they already have, showing that you understand it better than anyone else. That’s how you begin building resonance.

You have the blueprints now. We will be using these for the rest of the Christmas Calendar.

The prompt you just ran gave you the logic. You have a positioning angle that separates you from the commodity trap. You have a guarantee that removes the risk. You have a delivery mechanism that sounds like an asset.

On paper, the math works.

But a document does not generate revenue.

It sits in your chat history or on a notepad. It does not go out and find people.

Most B2B founders I talk with stop here. They think the hard part is fixing the message. They update their website headline. They rewrite their LinkedIn bio. They wait for the phone to ring.

It won't.

The best offer in the world yields zero revenue if you have zero distribution. You have built high-grade fuel. You do not have an engine to burn it.

Right now, your only distribution channel is likely referrals. That is why you are reading this. Referrals are great. They are also handcuffs. You cannot scale them. You cannot control them.

If you try to run this new grand slam offer through your old referral network, nothing changes. You just have a better PDF to send to the same three people.

You need a machine.

You need a system that takes this new message and forces it in front of the exact audience we identified yesterday. You need to replicate the trust of a referral. You need to do it with cold traffic. You need to do it at scale. You need to do it without manually sending DMs every morning.

We can build this for you

We build growth infrastructure. We do not sell marketing services where you rent our time. We build an asset that you own.

We take the offer you just engineered. We build the machine that delivers it.

We spend 90 days installing a complete ecosystem inside your business. If you tried to hire for this internally, the math looks bad. You would need a marketing strategist for at least $80K a year. You would need an automation specialist for another $80K. You would need a content team for $60K.

We build the system. You keep the code.

Here is exactly how that infrastructure works with the offer you just created.

The acquisition layer

Your new offer solves a specific problem. We build the system that targets people with that exact problem.

We do not cast a wide net. We build an outbound or inbound acquisition layer that identifies your ideal client. We put your new one-sentence promise in front of them.

We use LinkedIn automation and targeted outbound. We generate attention by mirroring the pain points you found in your research. We do not pitch your service immediately. We generate the lead. We capture the email.

The trust engine

Cold traffic does not buy immediately. Referrals buy immediately because the trust is borrowed from the friend who introduced you.

We need to manufacture that trust without the friend.

We build a nurture ecosystem that replaces the referral. We take the asset stack you defined in the last prompt. We turn those concepts into actual resources.

We build automated email flows. We build retargeting systems. These distribute your assets to your leads over time. Your leads see your face. They read your vocabulary every week. They consume your expertise on autopilot.

We send 20 different emails over 20 weeks. We run awareness ads on Facebook to the same people. By the time they get on a call, they already believe your method is the only one that works.

You stop selling. You start taking orders.

The conversion radar

You hate following up with people who aren't interested. Our infrastructure solves that with data.

We implement lead scoring. We track every interaction a prospect has with your new system. When they read your asset, their score goes up. When they check your pricing page, their score goes up.

You get a notification. It tells you exactly who is hot. You focus your sales energy only on the people who are currently looking for a solution.

Ownership, not rental

Agencies try to rent you their audience. They keep the data. When you stop paying, the leads stop coming.

We hate that model.

We build everything inside your accounts. The automation belongs to you. The assets belong to you. The data belongs to you. After the 90-day build, you have a fully functioning marketing department that runs without us. You acquire an infrastructure that increases the valuation of your company.
