Hohoho and welcome to Day 17 🎅🏻

We are seventeen days deep into the B2B Christmas Calendar. By now, your stocking is full.

You have the Audience (Day 1). You have the Offer (Day 2). You have the Outbound Engine (Day 6), the Evergreen Emails (Day 8), and the Retargeting Ads (Day 10).

You have built a machine that generates Intrigue.

But Intrigue is not Trust.

Intrigue gets a prospect to open an email. Trust gets them to wire you fifty thousand dollars.

In the old days, you relied on referrals. A referral is powerful because a mutual friend bridges the Trust Gap for you. They say, "This guy is legit," and the prospect believes them.

When you run cold traffic, that friend is gone. There is no bridge. You are a stranger on the internet asking for a budget.

Today, we build the "Digital Referrer."

We are going to script and produce a Micro VSL. This is not a "YouTube video." It is not "content." It is a calculated psychological asset that manufactures the same level of trust as an ex-colleague, but at scale.

It takes a cold prospect who just downloaded your lead magnet, grabs them by the collar, and moves them from "Who are you?" to "I need your system" in fifteen minutes.

We are going to use the YouTube algorithm as a recommendation engine. When a prospect watches one of your videos, the algorithm serves them another. And another. They go down the rabbit hole. They binge-watch your expertise.

By the time they book a call, they haven't just seen an ad. They have spent two hours inside your brain. They know your vocabulary. They respect your method. They are already sold.

This is the final piece of the "Spiderweb." Let's build it.

The setup
We need to organize the digital workspace before we generate a single word of copy.

This protocol relies on a specific sequence of prompts. It moves fast. If you are scrambling to find your notes or switching tabs to find a file in the middle of a logic chain, the AI will time out, or you will lose your train of thought.

We need a clean environment.

Step 1: Open the repository
Open Google Docs or Word in a new tab. Create a new document. Name the file: "Day 17 - Micro VSL Script"
Do not try to edit inside the AI chat window. The formatting will break. You need a dedicated editor open in a separate window. This is where you will paste the outputs to save them.

Step 2: Open the AI
Open your AI interface.
You need a model capable of complex reasoning and long context retention. Standard models will fail to hold the "Teacher's Frame" over a 20-minute script.
* Recommendation: Use Gemini 3.0 Pro (Ensure "Thinking" logic is enabled).
* Alternative: Use GPT-5.

Step 3: Prepare the raw materials
You need three specific inputs ready to copy and paste. Open these files in background tabs now.
1. The ICP Memo (from Day 1): This tells the AI who we are filtering for.
2. The Offer Memo (from Day 2): This tells the AI what we are selling.
3. The Lead Magnet (from Day 4): This is critical.

If you skipped those days, go back and do them. The investment of time pays off today.
* Day 1 (Market Research): https://christmas.buroventures.com/day1
* Day 2 (Offer Building): https://christmas.buroventures.com/day2

Your Lead Magnet is the source material. It is the "Syllabus" for the class we are about to teach. The AI will read this document to understand your specific methodology. If you do not have this open, the AI cannot generate a unique angle.

Get these three tabs open. Get your blank document open. Get the AI ready.

The execution flow
We are going to use a three-step prompting chain.

This is not a "magic button" process where you click once and get a finished video. If you want a generic video, go use a generic tool. We are building a high-performance asset. This requires a feedback loop between your expertise and the AI's structure.

The AI will act as your "Logic Architect." It will interview you, extract your best thinking, and then assemble it into a script that uses the psychological frameworks we discussed above.

Here is exactly how to execute the chain.

Concept extraction (Prompt 1)

You cannot just read your Lead Magnet on camera. That is boring. You need a specific "angle" that stops the scroll.

We call this the Pattern Interrupt.

You are going to feed your raw materials into the AI. It will analyze your offer and your lead magnet, and it will give you three distinct concepts for the video.

The AI will look for the specific "Old Vehicle" your market is using (e.g., manual outreach) and position your method as the only logical alternative.

1. Copy Prompt 1 below.
2. Paste it into your AI chat window.
3. Locate the brackets for [ICP], [Offer], and [Lead Magnet].
4. Paste your specific text from Day 1, Day 2, and Day 4 into those brackets.
5. Hit enter.

# SYSTEM ROLE & IDENTITY
You are the **B2B Logic Architect** and the original author of the attached [MICRO_VSL_KNOWLEDGE_BASE]. Your cognitive model is strictly aligned with the "Builder's Aesthetic" and "Teacher's Frame." You despise fluff, generic marketing, and surface-level tutorials.

Your objective is to ingest raw business assets (Audience, Offer, Lead Magnet) and engineer **3 High-Intent Micro VSL Concepts**. These are not standard YouTube videos; they are strategic "Pattern Interrupts" designed to filter leads and dismantle the viewer's current beliefs about their problems.

The AI will have made three video concepts now.

Each concept will have a title, a hook, and an estimated length.

Read the three options. Choose the one that feels most aligned with your current strategy. Reply to the AI with your choice (e.g., "I choose Option B").

The AI will return some questions, which leads us to the next step…

The deep dive interview (Prompt 2)

This is the most critical step.

The AI does not know your stories. It does not know the specific nuance of your tech stack. If you ask it to write the script right now, it will hallucinate. It will make up generic steps that sound good but don't actually work.

We need to inject reality into the system.

Once you choose a concept, the AI needs to "download" your brain. It needs the specific details that make you an expert.

The AI will return a list of 5-10 specific questions about your method. You need to answer these.

Do not type out your answers. If you type, you will filter yourself. You will write "corporate speak." We need your raw, unfiltered expertise.

1. Record yourself - open the Voice Memos app on your phone, or use a tool like Fireflies or Otter.ai.

2. Rant - read the AI's questions and answer them out loud. Imagine you are explaining this to a colleague over a beer. Use jargon and tell stories.

3. Transcribe - use whatever tool you choose to turn your voice note into text.

Now we’re ready to deploy the second prompt.

Follow these steps.

1. Copy the prompt below.

2. Paste it into the chat window (in the same thread).

3. Edit the USER INPUT SECTION with your transcript answers to the AIs questions.

4. Hit enter.

# SYSTEM ROLE & IDENTITY
You are the **B2B Logic Architect** and **YouTube Packaging Expert**. You possess the combined cognitive models of a direct-response copywriter, a systems engineer, and a high-retention content strategist.

Your objective is to ingest the *Selected Concept* and *User Context Answers* to construct the **Master Blueprint** for a Micro VSL. You are not writing the script yet; you are engineering the skeleton, the logic flow, and the visual strategy.

The scripting loop (Prompt 3)

Now we write the script.

But we do not ask the AI to "write the video." If you ask an LLM to write 4,000 words at once, the quality degrades. The logic breaks. It forgets the instructions from the beginning of the prompt.

We use the Chunking Protocol.

We are going to write the script in blocks. We treat every section of the video (Hook, Module A, Module B, Close) as a separate task. This forces the AI to "reset" its focus for every section, ensuring maximum density and adherence to the Builder's Aesthetic.

1. Copy the prompt from below.

2. Paste it into the chat.

3. Fill in these user input fields:

4. Hit enter.

# SYSTEM ROLE & IDENTITY
You are the **B2B Logic Architect**, the original author of the [MICRO_VSL_KNOWLEDGE_BASE]. You are **NOT** a copywriter, marketer, or creative writer. You are a **Systems Engineer** and **Technical Strategist**.

Your operating model is defined by the **"Builder's Aesthetic"**:
1.  **Anti-Fluff:** You despise metaphors, adjectives, and "venture-speak."
Now you’ll see the first section of your script come out.

Now you need to do an iterative process of running the same prompt several more times, we just need to change the INPUT fields.

1. So copy the prompt you just sent your AI model
2. Update the user inputs “CURRENT TASK” to the new section we are to write. And update “PREVIOUS CONTEXT” with your existing script up til now.
3. Send in the same chat.

Now you get part 2 of the script.

Now you simply have to repeat that process through all of the sections of the master script outline you got.

When you’ve gone through all of them, you have your full video script.

Congratulations!

The psychological breakdown

You might feel uncomfortable with the "ugliness" of this video format. You might worry that showing a spreadsheet or a line of code looks unprofessional.

You need to understand why this works. We are not guessing. We are applying specific levers of influence that are designed to filter out the noise and attract the signal.

This video is not a standalone artifact. It is one strand in the Spiderweb we have been building since Day 1.

The spiderweb logic Most marketing fails because it treats every piece of content as an island. You write a LinkedIn post. You send an email. You post a video. They are disconnected.

The Spiderweb connects them.

Your Lead Magnet (Day 4) catches the attention. Your Email Sequence (Day 8) nurtures the attention. This Video (Day 17) converts the attention into intent.

When a prospect watches this video, they are not just "consuming content." They are passing a test. They are proving that they have the attention span and the intellectual curiosity to solve their problem.

The consumption score This video acts as a filter. We track depth of consumption to separate the "Low Intent" leads from the "High Intent" leads.

Low Intent:
Watches 30 seconds. This person is browsing. They are looking for entertainment. When they see a spreadsheet, they click away. This is good. You do not want to talk to them. They will waste your time on a sales call.

High Intent:
Watches 15 minutes. This person is suffering. They have a real problem. They are willing to sit through a dense, technical explanation because they are desperate for a solution. When they click the link at the end, they are not asking "Are you good?" They are asking "Can we start?"

This video does the heavy lifting for your sales team. It ensures that every booked call is with someone who has already spent 15 minutes inside your brain.

The prerequisite frame Notice that we never beg. We never say "Please subscribe" or "Please book a call."

We set constraints.

We tell them that this system only works if they have a validated offer. We tell them it requires hard work. We tell them it is not for everyone.

This is the Prerequisite Frame.

When you set a constraint, you trigger a "qualification reflex" in the buyer. They want to prove that they are good enough for your system. They stop evaluating you and start evaluating themselves.

"Do I have a validated offer? Yes."
"Am I ready to work? Yes."

By the time they get to your calendar, they are not looking to be sold. They are looking to be accepted.

If you want us to install it
Here is what that looks like in real life.

This is a 90-day build. We build inside your accounts. You keep the system. We are not asking you to become a marketer, or to spend your weeks duct-taping tools together. Your job is to give access, approve decisions, and provide a few raw inputs like case studies and examples. We build the rest.

You get a full funnel installed from top of funnel to middle to bottom. You also get 12 months of support after the build so the system does not stall once it is live.

Week 1
We start with a kickoff call. We confirm three things.

Your audience. Who you want to pull into the system.

Your offer. What you actually want them to buy.

Your acquisition layer. Outbound or inbound, based on your situation and your constraints.

Then we do the boring setup that determines whether this works or breaks.

Access to the right tools and accounts.

Tracking foundations so we can see what is happening.

A clean place for assets, docs, and working drafts so nothing lives in random folders.

We also collect your raw material. Your current lead magnet, your best emails, your strongest proof, your case studies, any screenshots, any decks, any existing videos. If you have nothing, we build from scratch. If you have assets, we adapt them.

Day 1 to 30
This month is top of funnel.

We map the audience in a way that is usable for execution. Not a persona document. A list of targeting rules and filters.

Then we install the pipeline activation layer. This is either outbound or inbound, built to create predictable first touchpoints with the right people.

If we go outbound, we set up the workflow that captures leads and routes them into your system. If we go inbound, we set up the workflow that turns attention into opt-ins.

We also install the automation base and enrichment layer. This is where the system stops being “a list” and becomes a usable pipeline.

Lead capture flows.

Enrichment so every lead is not just a name, it is a profile.

Routing rules so leads land in the right place with the right tags.

During this month we also draft your first resources and lead magnets, based on your expertise and your offer. These are the assets that power the next stage. This includes adapting what you already have into formats that can be distributed and reused.

You will approve drafts. You will not be asked to write everything from scratch.

Day 30 to 60
This month is middle and bottom of funnel.

We install the trust engine.

Evergreen email sequences that match how your buyers decide. The goal is familiarity and clarity over time.

Automated resource distribution so every lead receives the right assets without you manually sending links.

Retargeting flows and audience syncing so engaged leads see you repeatedly across channels.

AI-assisted asset creation and adaptation so your insights turn into reusable assets without you having to sit and write every week.

In parallel, we install conversion intelligence.

Engagement tracking.

Lead scoring that tells you who is warm and why.

Simple reporting so you can see activity and intent without guessing.

We test and calibrate this internally. We check that scoring matches reality. We check that the right behaviors trigger the right follow-up. We check that the handoff to your calendar is clean.

At this point your micro VSL stops being “a video you post” and becomes part of a system that moves people through a sequence.

Day 60 to 90
This month is optimization and handoff.

We refine copy, touchpoints, and the logic between steps. We tighten what feels loose. We remove friction. We adjust based on early data.

We connect and clean up reporting so you can view engagement, scores, and activity in one place. You do not need ten tabs open to understand what is happening.

Then we hand the system over properly.

Documentation for the automations and how the pieces connect.

A walkthrough so you know how to operate it without relying on us for every minor change.

A clear ownership transfer so your team can maintain it internally if you want.

At the end of day 90, you have infrastructure that is built once and used indefinitely. The system does not depend on you being “in the mood” to do marketing.

What happens after the build

You get 12 months of access to our optimization and support.

Weekly group sessions where we review pipeline data, lead scores, and what your audience is doing.

Conversion coaching focused on turning nurtured leads into booked calls through better messaging, timing, and positioning.

System optimization sessions where we walk through dashboards, refine automations, update assets, and fix anything that drifts.

You also get async support for quick checks.

This is the difference between a one-time setup and a system that keeps producing.

If you want us to build this inside your accounts, book a call.

We will look at what you have already built, identify what is missing, and tell you directly if the install makes sense. If it does, we map the sprint. If it does not, you leave with a clear plan for what to fix next.

In any case, I’ll see you for tomorrow’s gift!
