Hohoho and welcome to Day 11 🎅🏻

We are approaching the midpoint of the calendar. Up until now, we have built your offer, defined your audience, and set up your acquisition channels. Today we build the asset that makes those channels convert.

I am going to give you something that usually costs ten to fifteen thousand dollars. That is the standard market rate for a copywriter to script a high-performance Video Sales Letter (VSL). You are getting the exact same output for free.

We are going to script a twenty-minute sales asset using a proprietary B2B protocol.

You have probably seen sales videos before. They are usually loud. They use fast cuts, emotional music, and aggressive promises. That works if you are selling a fifty-dollar fitness supplement. It fails if you are selling a high-ticket B2B service.

B2B buyers are skeptical. They are responsible for a budget. If you try to hype them up, they lose trust. They assume you are compensating for a bad product.

We are going to build a "Strategic Briefing."

This is a diagnostic audit. It functions like a technical whitepaper delivered on video. We use logic instead of emotion to sell. We utilize specific frameworks like "Logic Ladders" and "Preemptive Semantics" to construct an argument that is mathematically impossible to disagree with.

By the end of today, you will have a full script. This script will do the heavy lifting for you. It explains your mechanism. It handles objections. It filters out bad leads.

When a prospect watches this video, they will not get on a call to ask you what you do. They will get on the call to discuss implementation. You are about to turn your sales process into a logic-first system.

Let's get to work.

The setup
We need to organize the digital workspace before we generate a single word of copy.

This protocol relies on a specific sequence of prompts. It moves fast. If you are scrambling to find your notes or switching tabs constantly, you will break the logic chain. We need a clean environment.

Step 1: Open a blank document
Open Google Docs or Word. Name the file "My VSL Script." This is where you will paste the final output. Do not try to edit inside the AI chat window. The formatting will break. You need a dedicated editor.

Step 2: Open your AI interface
I recommend using Gemini 3.0 Pro for this specific task.
We are asking the model to perform complex logical reasoning and maintain a long context window. We need it to remember the psychology instructions from the first prompt while writing the ninth section of the script. Gemini 3.0 Pro handles this architectural consistency better than other models.

Step 3: Prepare your raw materials
You need three specific inputs ready to copy and paste:
1. Your ICP (Who you sell to).
2. Your Offer (What you sell).
3. Your Lead Magnet info (Context).

You have a choice here.

You can write these inputs from memory right now. You can type out a few sentences about who your customer is. If you do that, the script will be average. It will sound like every other sales video on the internet.

Or you can use the deep research and structured memos we built in the previous days of this calendar.

The AI is a multiplier. If you give it weak input (a three-sentence description), it multiplies it into a weak script. If you give it the granular, data-backed ICP memo from Day 1, it multiplies it into a script that speaks directly to your prospect's internal monologue.

The difference in quality is not subtle. It is the difference between a video that converts at one percent and a video that converts at five percent.

If you skipped those days, go back and do them. The investment of time pays off today.

* Day 2 (Offer Building): https://christmas.buroventures.com/day2

Open these files. Have the text ready. Now we build the logic.

Prompt 1: Architecting the VSL structure

We need to define the logic structure before we write the script. Follow these steps exactly.

1. Copy the prompt below.
2. Paste it into your AI chat. (Use Gemini 3 with thinking enabled)
3. Locate the sections in brackets under USER INPUTS.
4. Delete the brackets and paste your specific ICP, Offer, and Lead Magnet data.
5. Hit enter.
6. Read the "Logic Chain" output. If the argument makes sense for you, proceed. If you have feedback, give it to the AI directly in the chat.
7. Leave the chat window open. We need this context for the next step.

# ROLE AND OBJECTIVE
You are the **B2B Logic Architect**, the author of the proprietary "B2B Protocol" and "B2B Sales Psychology" frameworks (contained in the Knowledge Base below).

Your role is **NOT** to be a creative copywriter. You are a diagnostic strategist. You do not use hype, emotional fluff, or "marketing speak." You use engineering logic, operational diagnostics, and mathematical inevitability to dismantle a prospect's current worldview and replace it with a new one.

Your objective is to ingest the User Inputs and construct the **Strategic Architecture** for a 20-25 minute B2B Video Sales Letter (VSL). You must map out the logical argument, the proprietary mechanism, and a segmented outline that strictly adheres to the attached Knowledge Base principles.

Prompt 2: The content writer

We are not going to ask the AI to write the whole script at once.

If you ask an LLM to write four thousand words in one go, the quality drops. It starts hallucinating. It loses the tone. It becomes generic.

We fix this by writing in chunks. We treat every section of the outline as a separate task. This forces the AI to reset its focus and apply the psychology protocols freshly for every paragraph.

This is a manual loop. You will do this nine times.

The process
You are going to use the prompt found at the bottom of this page. You will paste this prompt into the same chat window you used for Phase 1.

Step 1: Write the hook
1. Copy Prompt 2.
2. Paste it into the chat.
3. Scroll up to the "Master Outline" the AI just generated. Copy the bullet points for Section 1: The Hook.
4. Paste those bullet points into the bracket labeled [PASTE SECTION ABSTRACT].
5. Look at the bracket labeled [PASTE PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN SCRIPT]. Since this is the first section, type the word NONE.
6. Hit enter.
The AI will write the first chunk of the script. Read it. If it looks good, copy the text and paste it into your "My VSL Script" Google Doc.

Step 2: Write the rest
Now we repeat the process for Section 2.

1. Copy Prompt 2 again.
2. Paste it into the chat.
3. Copy the bullet points for Section 2: The Lead from the Master Outline. Paste them into the [SECTION ABSTRACT] bracket.
4. Important: Now look at the bracket for [PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN SCRIPT]. Copy the actual text of Section 1 (The Hook) that you just generated. Paste it here.
5. Hit enter.

We do this to give the AI context. It knows exactly how the last sentence ended. It can write a smooth transition into the new section.

Step 3: Complete the loop
Repeat this for Section 3, Section 4, and so on until you reach the end of the outline.

Always paste the text of the immediately preceding section into the context field. You do not need to paste the whole script every time. Just the last chunk is enough for the AI to pick up the flow.

Once you have all nine sections in your Google Doc, you are done with the AI.

# ROLE AND OBJECTIVE
You are the **Author of the "B2B Protocol" and "B2B Sales Psychology" Knowledge Base**. You are not merely a scriptwriter; you are the architect of the methodology itself. You possess deep, granular knowledge of every psychological trigger, logic ladder, and status framework contained in the attached documents.

Your objective is to apply your own methodology to write the **High-Fidelity Word-for-Word Script** for **ONE** specific section of the VSL. You must ensure that every sentence you write is a practical application of the principles you authored.

# INPUTS
**1. Current Section Abstract:**
(The specific Goal, Argument, and Visual Plan for the section you are writing now)
[INSERT HERE]

Proofreading the script

You now have a full script in your Google Doc. It is logical. It is persuasive. But it is not finished.

The AI is a pattern-matching engine. It is not a historian. It does not know your business. It knows the structure of a good argument, but it fills that structure with placeholder data.

You need to inject the truth.

Step 1: Truth checking
Scan the document for numbers.

The AI often hallucinates specific case studies to prove a point. It might write: "We saved a manufacturing client fifty thousand dollars in logistics costs."

If you do not have a manufacturing client, delete that sentence. If you saved them forty thousand, change the number.

Do not lie. The entire psychological framework of this VSL relies on "Builder's Authenticity." If you fabricate results, the sophisticated buyer will detect it. They will smell the fake. You are better off using a smaller, real number than a large, fake one.

Step 2: The "mouth" test
Writing for the eye is different from writing for the ear.

Some sentences look perfect on paper but are impossible to say out loud. They are too long. They have too many consonants. They make you run out of breath.

Read your script out loud. Do not whisper. Speak at full volume.

Pay attention to where you stumble. If you trip over a word, change it. If you have to take a breath in the middle of a sentence, cut the sentence in half.

Your goal is flow. If it feels awkward to say, it will sound awkward to the listener. Trust your tongue more than your eyes.

Step 3: The visual audit
The script contains instructions in [BRACKETS]. These are the visual cues. They tell you what to show on the screen while you are talking.

Go through the document and look at every bracket. Ask yourself a simple question: "Do I have this file?"

If you have it: Highlight the bracket in Green.

If you do not have it: You have a decision to make. You can either create the asset (take the screenshot, find the report) or you can change the script to match something you do have.

Do not ignore these brackets. A VSL without visuals is just a podcast. The proof is in the screen share. If the script says [SHOW: Live Ad Account], and you stare at the camera, you break the trust. You must show the work.

Execution and production
You have the raw text. Now you need to turn it into an asset.

Do not overthink the production value. If you hire a film crew, you are wasting money. If you rent a studio, you are wasting time. The goal is not to win an Oscar. The goal is to prove competence.

Option 1: The teleprompter method
This is the standard path. You have a word-for-word script that uses specific psychological triggers. You want to deliver it exactly as written.

Use an app like PromptSmart.

Do not use a dumb scroller that moves at a fixed speed. It will make you panic. You will rush to catch up to the text, or you will wait awkwardly for the text to catch up to you. You will look like a robot.

PromptSmart uses voice recognition. It listens to your voice. When you speak, it scrolls. When you pause to breathe, it stops. It allows you to speak at a natural cadence.

Load the script. Set your phone or camera at eye level. Read the text.

Option 2: The "no-script" method
Some founders cannot read from a script without sounding unnatural. If you sound like you are reading, the prospect will stop listening.
If this is you, go back to the output from Phase 1. Look at the section labeled Step 4: The Executive Flow.

These are bullet points. They act as mental anchors. Tape them to the wall behind your camera. Glance at the bullet point, look at the lens, and explain the concept in your own words. You will lose the precision of the specific copywriting, but you will gain authenticity.

Handling the visuals
You do not need to be on camera for the whole video. In fact, you should not be.

A talking head is boring. A talking head does not prove anything.

When the script says [SHOW: Chart of Ad Spend], you disappear. You cut to a screen recording of the chart.

You do not need a video editor for this. You can record the screen segments using Loom or OBS. Drag the clips into a basic timeline editor like CapCut or Premiere Rush.
* Segment 1: You talking (The Hook).
* Segment 2: Screen recording of data (The Problem).
* Segment 3: You talking (The Mechanism).

This "lo-fi" aesthetic works better in B2B. It looks like an engineer explaining a system, not a marketer selling a product.

Where to place this asset
This video belongs in one specific place: immediately before your calendar.

Do not hide it on a YouTube channel. Do not bury it in a blog post.

Embed it on your booking page. Or, if you use a funnel, place it on the "Vetted Sales Page" that leads to the booking page.

This serves a dual function.

First, it filters. The "Qualification" section of the script scares away bad leads. They will watch the video, realize they are not qualified, and leave. This saves your sales team from wasting thirty minutes on a bad call.

Second, it pre-sells. The "Mechanism" section educates the good leads. By the time they click the link to book a time, they already know what you do. They know why it works. They know the price anchor.

The psychology that makes you money

You have the script. It is sitting in your Google Doc. You might read it and think it sounds different from what you usually write. It is dry. It is direct. It lacks the enthusiastic pitch you see in most marketing videos.

This is intentional.

We engineered this script using specific psychological protocols designed for high-stakes business transactions. When you sell to a consumer, you sell a feeling. When you sell to a business, you sell a result. The mechanism for selling a result is not emotion. It is logic.

I want to break down the specific frameworks the AI used to build your script. If you understand why these work, you can apply them to your emails, your sales calls, and your landing pages.

The logic ladder
Most people try to persuade by making a claim and then defending it.

"Our software is the best. Here are three reasons why."

This triggers a defense mechanism in the buyer. As soon as you make a claim, they instinctively try to disprove it. They look for holes in your argument. You are fighting an uphill battle against their skepticism.

The Logic Ladder removes the need for defense. Instead of making a claim, you state a fact.

You start with a premise that is undeniably true. We call this an axiom.

"Ad costs have risen thirty percent in the last year."

The prospect checks their mental database. They see their own ad costs rising. They agree.

Then you add a second fact that is also undeniably true.

"Margins in this industry are tight. You cannot afford to spend more to acquire a customer."

They agree again. This is basic economics.

Now you introduce the conflict between these two facts.

"If costs are up, and you cannot spend more, your current acquisition model is mathematically broken."

They have to agree. They agreed to step one. They agreed to step two. Step three is the only logical conclusion.

This creates a state of alignment. You are not arguing with them. You are standing next to them, looking at the same data, coming to the same conclusion.

By the time you introduce your product, it does not feel like a "pitch." It feels like the missing variable in an equation they have already accepted.

The script uses this structure repeatedly. It walks the prospect step by step to the sale. If they stay on the ladder, they buy. The only way not to buy is to jump off the ladder, which requires them to deny a basic fact about their own business.

Trivializing the benefit
Novice marketers obsess over the primary deliverable. If they sell leads, they scream about leads. If they sell design, they scream about beautiful graphics.

This signals low status.

In the B2B hierarchy, the person doing the work is lower status than the person designing the system. When you sell the deliverable, you are selling labor. Labor is a commodity. Commodities are priced based on the lowest bidder.

To command high fees and high trust, you must trivialize the thing they asked for.

Your prospect comes to you with a "Level 1" problem. They want more leads.

If you say, "I can get you leads," you are a vendor.

If you say, "Leads are easy. We can scrape thousands of them today. The hard part is that your sales cycle is too long to handle them," you are a consultant.

You acknowledged their request. You confirmed you can do it. But you immediately dismissed it as a minor task. You reframed the conversation around a "Level 2" problem (sales cycle length) that they hadn't even considered.

This does two things.

First, it proves competence. Only an expert knows that leads are the easy part. A beginner thinks leads are hard. By calling it easy, you signal that you have mastered the basics.

Second, it changes the value proposition. You are no longer competing with other lead generation agencies. You are competing with their internal inefficiency.

The script does this in the "Unique Mechanism" section. It validates their old vehicle (what they want) but positions it as a toy. It positions your new vehicle as the necessary tool for adults.

The mystery sell
There is a misunderstanding about "giving value."

We believe in open sourcing information. You should tell your audience exactly how you solve problems. You should share your frameworks. You should share your logic.

But you should never sell the implementation as "easy."

If you tell a prospect exactly which buttons to click, which software to integrate, and which code to write, they will try to do it themselves. They will likely fail, but you still lost the sale.

The Mystery Sell is the balance between revealing the logic and retaining the execution.

You explain what you do. You explain why it works. You explain the result it generates.

But you treat the how as a black box.

This is not because you are hoarding secrets. It is because the execution is complex. It requires skill. It requires speed.

Think of a master chef. He can give you the recipe. He can tell you the ingredients. He can tell you the temperature of the oven.

But if you try to cook it, it will take you three hours and it will taste average. If he cooks it, it takes twenty minutes and tastes perfect.

You are not buying the recipe. You are buying the speed and the precision.

In your script, we name the mechanism (e.g., "The GrowthOS"). We explain what it does. But we do not explain the fifty-step setup process. We imply that the setup process is rigorous. We imply that it requires expertise to configure correctly.

This creates a gap. The prospect understands the solution logically, but they cannot visualize the execution physically. That gap creates the need for a call. They need you to come in and install the black box.

You are selling the removal of friction. They could figure it out in six months. You can install it in two weeks. That time delta is your product.

The burden of proof
The standard sales dynamic is predatory. The seller chases. The buyer runs.

The seller tries to prove they are good enough. "Please hire me. Look at my testimonials. Look at my awards."

This smells like desperation. In B2B, if you are desperate, you are dangerous. It means you have no other clients.

We flip the dynamic using the Burden of Proof.

Instead of proving we are good enough for them, we ask if they are good enough for our system.

"This system requires a validated offer. If you don't have one, this will break." "We need a team that can handle fifty leads a week. Do you have the bandwidth?"

This is the "Doctor Frame." A surgeon does not beg you to have heart surgery. He evaluates if you are healthy enough to survive the operation.

When you ask the prospect to qualify themselves, they stop running. They turn around and try to sell you on their eligibility.

"Yes, we have a validated offer." "Yes, our team is ready."

They are now pitching you.

The script uses this in the "Qualification" section. We explicitly state who this is not for. By pushing the wrong people away, we pull the right people closer. The qualified prospect hears the criteria and thinks, "That's me. I am the ideal client."

This builds massive trust. A scammer tries to sell to everyone. An expert only sells to people who can actually get the result.

Preemptive semantics
Language shapes reality.

Most people speak in conditionals. "If you hire us..." "If we decide to move forward..." "If this works..."

"If" creates doubt. It reminds the prospect that they have a choice. It keeps them in a state of evaluation.

We use preemptive semantics. We speak as if the decision has already been made.

"When we install the pixel..." "When we launch the first campaign..." "During the onboarding call..."

This forces the prospect's brain to simulate the future. To understand the sentence "When we launch the campaign," they have to imagine the campaign launching. They have to imagine working with you.

This mental simulation builds familiarity. By the time you get to the call to action, working with you feels like the default path. Not working with you feels like a deviation.

The script is loaded with these assumptions. We talk about the logistics of onboarding before the contract is signed. We talk about the results of Q4 before Q1 has started. We assume the sale.

The "vehicle" belief
You are not selling a destination.

Every business owner wants the same destination. More revenue. Less stress. Higher profit. You do not need to convince them that profit is good.

You need to convince them that their current vehicle cannot get them there.

If they are trying to drive to the moon, it does not matter how hard they press the gas. The car is the wrong vehicle. They need a rocket.

Your product is the rocket.

The script spends a significant amount of time dismantling their "Old Vehicle." We explain why manual outreach fails. We explain why relying on referrals is dangerous. We validate their hard work, but we invalidate their method.

"You are a great driver. You are just driving a tractor. Let's put you in a Ferrari."

This absolves them of guilt. Their failure wasn't a character flaw. It was a mechanical flaw. Now that you have presented the "New Vehicle," their path is clear. To get the result, they just need to switch vehicles.

This is the core of B2B belief change. We do not attack the person. We attack the process. And then we sell the better process.

This collection of psychological triggers is what separates a generic marketing video from a sales asset. We are not hoping for attention. We are engineering agreement.

How to land lots of clients with this

You have the outline. You have the psychology. You have a full script sitting in a Google Doc.

This feels like a win. You just saved ten thousand dollars in copywriting fees. You have a B2B sales asset that is superior to 99% of the videos on the market.

But now you have a new problem.

A script in a Google Doc does not generate revenue. A script is potential energy. To turn it into kinetic energy (money), you have to produce it. You have to record it. You have to edit it. You have to embed it. You have to drive traffic to it.

And then, once it works, you have to handle the volume.

This is the "Success Trap."

When this VSL starts working, your calendar fills up. That sounds great, right? But if your backend isn't ready, it breaks. If you don't have the automated reminders from Day 9, your no-show rate will spike. If you don't have the qualification logic from Day 13, you will spend your entire day talking to broke prospects who can't afford you.

You solve one bottleneck (getting attention) only to create a bigger bottleneck (operational chaos).

The machine
You are starting to see the pattern.

Day 11 is not an isolated event. It is one gear in a much larger engine.

The VSL you built today is the conversion mechanism. But a conversion mechanism needs fuel. That fuel comes from the Outbound Engine (Day 6) and the Inbound Content System (Day 7).

And once the engine converts the fuel into a lead, you need a storage tank. That is the Nurture Ecosystem (Day 8 and Day 10).

We are not building random marketing tactics here. We are building a Growth Operating System.

By the end of this calendar, you will have the blueprints for every single part of this machine. You will know how to enrich data legally. You will know how to write emails that get opened. You will know how to run ads that don't burn cash.

You can absolutely build this yourself.

The cost of DIY
I am giving you the code. I am giving you the prompts. I am giving you the strategy.

But I cannot give you the time.

To build the full GrowthOS yourself, you need to become a full-stack engineer of revenue. You need to master:
* Video production: Recording, editing, and hosting the VSL.
* Automation logic: Connecting n8n, your CRM, and your email provider without breaking the API.
* Data enrichment: Managing the waterfall of vendor data to find valid emails.
* Ad operations: Setting up pixels, events, and exclusions correctly.

This will take you roughly 100 hours of focused work. That is two and a half weeks of doing nothing but building infrastructure.

Can you afford to take two weeks off from being the CEO?

Can you afford to stop selling, stop delivering, and stop leading your team while you figure out why a webhook isn't firing?

Most founders can't. They start building. They get 30% done. Then a fire starts in the business. They drop the marketing to put out the fire. The infrastructure gathers dust. Six months later, they are still relying on referrals, and the VSL script is still sitting in that Google Doc, generating zero dollars.

We can build the asset for you
There is a faster way.

We do not just teach this stuff. We build it.

We offer a "Done-For-You" implementation sprint. We come into your business and install the entire B2B Protocol V3.0. We don't just give you the plan - we lay the bricks.

Phase 1: The strategy & asset build
We take the script you started today and we perfect it. We help you produce it. We ensure the tone, the visuals, and the argument are bulletproof. We take your Offer Memo from Day 2 and sharpen it until it cuts through the noise.

Phase 2: The technical infrastructure
We wire up the machine. We build the n8n workflows. We set up the enrichment waterfall. We configure the CRM. We ensure that when a lead comes in, the data flows perfectly from the ad to the email to the calendar. You do not touch a single line of code.

Phase 3: The distribution ecosystem
We launch the ads. We set up the cold outreach domains. We install the retargeting loops. We turn the faucet on.

The economics of installation
To replicate this internally, you would need to hire a team.

* A Growth Engineer to manage the tech stack ($80k/year).
* A Copywriter to write the assets ($60k/year).
* A Media Buyer to manage the traffic ($60k/year).

That is $200,000 a year in payroll. Plus management overhead.

We install the entire system for a one-time project fee. It costs less than a single junior hire. It performs like a veteran revenue team. And once we build it, you own it. It is your asset. It runs in your accounts. We hand you the keys, and it runs forever.

Is this for you?
If you are doing under $10k a month, keep using the free calendar. You have more time than money. The DIY route is the right path for you.

But if you are doing $30k, $50k, or $100k a month, your most expensive resource is your focus. You cannot afford to be a part-time automation engineer. You need to be the CEO.

If you are ready to stop building and start scaling, let's talk.

Book a strategy audit below.
We will look at your current funnel. I will tell you exactly where the breaks are. I will tell you if your VSL script is strong enough. If we are a fit, I will show you what the implementation sprint looks like. If we aren't, I will tell you exactly what to fix yourself.

If you decide to keep building solo, I will see you tomorrow.

We are leaving the world of video and entering the world of "Pre-Meeting Framing." In Day 12, I am going to show you how to condition your leads before they get on the call. We are going to build a system that handles objections while they sleep, so when they wake up for the meeting, they are already sold.

See you there.
